1. Accounts

2. The Service

GlassCore lets you generate short videos from text prompts and optional reference images using third-party AI models. Results are produced by AI and may be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to content made for others. We do not guarantee any particular result, and availability of individual models may change at any time.

3. Wallet, prices and payment

  • You pay by adding prepaid credit to your wallet through our payment partner. Wallet credit has no cash value and can only be spent on the Service.
  • The price of each video is shown before you generate it and is deducted from your wallet when you start the generation.
  • If a generation fails, is cancelled or expires, its price is returned to your wallet automatically. See the Refund Policy.
  • Prices are set by us and may change; changes do not affect videos already started.

4. Your content

You keep any rights you have in your prompts and uploaded images. You give us a licence to process them to provide the Service. Subject to these Terms and the terms of the underlying model providers, you may use the videos you generate for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. You are solely responsible for your prompts, uploads and how you use the output.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We check prompts and images automatically and may refuse a request, remove content, or suspend accounts that break it.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, put the Service at risk, or are required to be closed by law. You can stop using the Service at any time.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law
